All rates are USD, for dedicated resources on a monthly commitment. Monthly figures assume 160 hours. No separate charge for project management or account handling.

Pods are billed monthly in advance. Either side may end a pod on two weeks' notice, with unused time refunded.

How we de-risk the switch
You already have engineering teams. Moving work is a risk for you, not for us, so the terms are written to make that risk small.
- Discovery is credited back. If you proceed, the $2,400 comes off your first invoice. If you don't, you keep the scope and prototype.
- Milestones are invoiced on acceptance. You see it running before you pay for it.
- Two weeks' notice on any pod, no penalty, unused time refunded.
- You own everything. Code, repositories, infrastructure and documentation are yours from day one.
- No lock-in on people. If a team member isn't working out, we replace them within a week at our cost.
Four hours of daily overlap with UK hours and two with US Eastern. Daily written updates, weekly demo, direct access to the engineers rather than through an account manager. EU-region deployment where your clients require data residency.
